#3: Figure out what you are doing right and what is going wrong and fix it

#4: Good conflict resolution skills, undying faith in you, the team and what you are doing

#5: Limit your ego (just because you are on TechCrunch doesnt mean anyone cares)

#6: Listen to the press,they scream about trends but follow what's best for you

#7: Don't focus too much on the competition, do what you do in the best way you can

#8: Never underestimate the time it would take to do something

#9: go "all in" (just as in poker) , bet big on one game and give it your best
